TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pure Air Hydration application, website and related customer-support services (together, the "Service"), as well as the purchase, ownership and use of Pure Air Hydration atmospheric water generators and accessories (the "Products"). The Service and Products are provided by the company operating under the Pure Air Hydration brand ("Pure Air Hydration", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing or otherwise using the Service, or by using a Product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service and the Products

Pure Air Hydration designs and supplies atmospheric water generators ("AWGs") that draw humidity from the surrounding air and process it through a multi-stage filtration and mineralisation system to produce drinking water. The Service is a customer account through which you can register your machine, request support, order replacement filters and consumables, and receive maintenance reminders and service notifications. The Service does not itself dispense water and is not required for a Product to function.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, for keeping your login credentials and any one-time codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Products, orders and installation

Details of Products, specifications, prices and availability are provided at the point of sale and may change. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order. Where installation is included or arranged, you agree to provide a suitable location, a compliant power supply and reasonable access, and to follow the installation and operating instructions supplied with the Product.

4. Use, water quality and safety

You agree to operate, clean and maintain your Product strictly in accordance with the user manual, including timely replacement of filters and consumables. Water quality depends on correct installation, ambient conditions and regular maintenance; failure to maintain the Product may affect the safety or quality of the water it produces. The Product is intended for the production of drinking water for ordinary domestic or commercial use and not for any medical, laboratory or industrial process. If you have specific health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

5. Filters, consumables and maintenance

Filters, cartridges and similar parts are consumable and must be replaced at the intervals stated in the user manual or indicated by the Product or the Service. Genuine Pure Air Hydration consumables can be ordered through the Service. Use of non-genuine consumables or unauthorised repairs may affect water quality and may void any applicable warranty.

6. Warranty and support

Products are covered by the limited warranty provided with the Product at the time of sale, which sets out its scope, duration and exclusions, and is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Support requests can be raised through the Service; we aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee specific response or repair times unless separately agreed.

7. Acceptable use of the application

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, uploading harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or to protect the security of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, the Products' designs, the Pure Air Hydration name and logo, and all related content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product or service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for failures caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or conditions outside the Product's specified operating range.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. Termination of the Service does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a Product you own.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
